Job Summary
As a Lead Business Analyst, you will work alongside a dedicated team and assist in driving automation within the business.
Job Description
We are looking for a **Lead Business Analyst** to work alongside a dedicated team and assist in driving automation within the business. **This position will be full-time and onsite and 6-month contract initially.**
What You’ll Do
+ Assess and document requirements for automation (including process mapping)
+ Develop design documentation used for robotic frameworks
+ Work closely with an external development team, communicating requirements, and following up with business leads on development topics as needed.
+ Engage with business leads, educating, and coaching as necessary, to ensure proper engagement.
+ Organizing issues “post go-live” and owning process to correct.
+ Acting as Project Manager for small to medium sized initiatives (lasting 2-4 months)
+ Lead UAT process by performing QA testing, creating test plans/test cases and training end users on the automation
+ Assess data quality associated with an automation and ability to outline and follow-up on an improvement plan.
+ Organize meetings, workshops, testing sessions etc. to drive completion of a project.
+ Assess and document requirements for an automation.
+ Other assigned duties.
What You’ll Need
Required:
+ 5+ years’ experience in Business Analysis
+ Experience in project management
+ Manufacturing industry experience
+ Working knowledge of SharePoint
+ Solid experience with Microsoft Teams
+ Working knowledge of automations (i.e., MS Power Automate)
+ Detail and goal oriented
+ Exceptional communication skills
+ Technical writing experience
+ Self-starter
+ Ability to work independently and within a team
+ Process oriented (experience with documenting process narratives preferred)
Physical Demands:
+ Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards.
+ Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
+ Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard and monitor.
