    This role serves as the oversight for our Operations Administrative Department. This department consists of 4 team members at Corporate, and 6 regionals administrators that work in other offices across the company.

     

    This department handles the management of our fleet, uniforms & equipment, job setup and other system setups, mobility, and much more. This department supports the field operations team by assisting in scheduling, onboarding, equipping, and reporting. This role dually reports directly to the Vice President of Administration and Vice President of Operations.

    This next leader will need to be able to:

    - create and implement training programs for the department

     

    - have the capacity to quickly learn and understand the day-to-day operations of our company

     

    -implement new initiatives and technologies

     

    - work across departmental lines to complete projects, share in a dual management role over the regional administrators

     

    - ensure the entire department is exceeding expectations!

     

    This position is a Director level position and will have to daily manage the department and be responsible for the work of their team. This position will serve on various special committees, such as the Disaster Response Committee, Risk Management Committee, Finance Committee, and others.

     

    This position will be based out of the Corporate Office in Hammond, LA, but they will be expected to routinely travel, as needed, to other offices across the company's footprint. You must be able to be on call and willing to workdays, nights, weekends, and holidays as you will be responsible for the operation of a department that is supporting a 24/7 operation.

     

    Commitment and understanding the 24/7 nature of our work is a requirement for this position. As a leader in the company, this role will help steward the culture of the company, and must align with IPSC's Core values, and be able to manage based on these values.
