The Role at a glance:

This role will support the Procurement Team through inventory management, order guide management, manufacturer contract implementation and customer support. This position will understand all processes within the distribution supply chain in support of Elior units and provide back up to other Procurement Managers and Procurement Coordinator.

What you'll be doing:

+ Responsible for manufacturer contract implementation and compliance at distributors that include:

+ Inventory Management - Ownership of SKUs, processing stocking request, managing exceptions, monthly slow & dead, proprietary charts

+ Weekly order guide maintenance (i.e., Segment order guides, restriction charts in place, price rules, product additions, vendor requests)

+ Manage inventory projections by Segment by coordinating stocking levels through compliant distributor partners

+ Manage communication process of all new products and product changes (distributor updates) to Elior stakeholders and Segment Menu Management Teams

+ Analyze reporting to identify opportunities of non-compliant manufacturer spend

+ Assist in other Procurement team projects as directed by supervisor

What we're looking for:

_Must-haves:_

+ Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

+ 5+ years’ experience in a procurement, merchandising, or purchasing role

+ Great interpersonal and communication skills

+ Must have strong organizational and follow up skills

+ Must have the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks

+ Must be a team player and be willing to step in assist others should the need arise

+ Must possess analytical and problem-solving skills

+ Must have intermediate computer and software skills and be proficient in the use of Excel

+ Good time-management skills

_Nice-to-haves:_

+ Foodservice distribution experience preferred

Compensation Range

$65,000 depending upon experience
