• Production Technician

    Aerotek (Fremont, CA)


    Description

    Safely and efficiently manage the operation of plasma reactors according to production

    schedules.

    Monitor and adjust reactor parameters in real time to optimize performance

    and output quality.

    • Operate and clean production equipment, including reactors, pumps, tanks, blenders,

    and absorbers.

    • Perform diversified tasks to install and maintain production machinery and plant facilities.

    • Regular maintenance of the reactors and associated equipment is performed.

    Diagnosed and troubleshot operational issues, implementing corrective actions and

    cleanings to minimize downtime.

    • Ensure that the produced fertilizers meet predefined quality standards. Conduct tests

    and inspections to verify the products' composition, effectiveness, and safety.

    • Work closely with engineers to refine production techniques. Suggest and implement

    improvements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance product quality.

    • Adhere to all workplace safety guidelines and environmental regulations. Participate in

    safety drills and training sessions. Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

    • Maintain accurate production data records, including maintenance activities and quality

    control results. Utilize data to generate reports for management review.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including research and development, to support

    the development of new fertilizer formulations or production methods

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
