    Immediate Hiring For A Warehouse Worker – Spokane Valley, WA |

    • **Schedule:** Full-Time

     

    Join our team as a **Warehouse Worker** , where you’ll play a key role in fulfilling customer work orders by producing and distributing customized rolls of insulation. This hands-on role involves operating machinery, handling materials, and supporting production goals in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Operate the insulation lamination machine

    + Bag, palletize, and load finished insulation rolls

    + Feed products into machines and cut rolls to custom lengths using a band saw

    + Produce and pull 250–300 rolls daily

    + Maintain reliable attendance and support team flexibility across workstations

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in general labor, material handling, or production

    + Strong team-player attitude and dependable attendance

    + Skills in warehouse operations, forklift use, packing, inventory, and saw operation

    Additional Qualifications

    + Previous experience in manufacturing or warehouse settings

    + Ability to lift 60–75 lbs regularly, with occasional lifting up to 100 lbs

    + Willingness to perform various tasks and rotate between stations

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.50/hr.
