What does a successful Manager of Debit Card Implementations do?

At Fiserv, the Manager of Debit Card Implementations plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of debit card implementations across multiple cores. This role demands an innovative leader who can inspire the team, manage career growth, and ensure client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to streamline processes, improve client experiences, and identify additional revenue opportunities.

What you will do:

+ Manage a team responsible for debit card implementations for multiple cores.

+ Provide updates to leadership on weekly activities, including portfolio KPIs, team activities, identified risks, merchant engagements, solution delivery status, and other key updates.

+ Inspire the team, manage career growth, ensure client satisfaction, and serve as the point of escalation.

+ Work with the team to identify and implement process improvements for a more seamless client experience.

+ Collaborate with the product team to enhance the balancing process for Portico clients.

+ Identify and progress opportunities for additional revenue in line with business targets.

+ Capture all team communications and maintain SharePoint for documentation and cross-training.

+ Liaise with internal departments and external partners to gather necessary information to answer customer queries accurately.

+ Understand and explain complex processes, including debit card projects and balancing mechanisms, while consulting with clients to evaluate best solution outcomes.

+ Undertake project and initiative leadership alongside colleagues.

What you will need to have:

+ 6+ years of experience in debit card implementations.

+ 5+ years of experience managing a team in a financial services setting.

+ 4+ years of experience with portfolio KPIs and team activity reporting.

+ Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience.

+ Demonstrated ability to identify additional revenue opportunities for products and services.

What would be great to have:

+ 5+ years of experience in balancing processes for Portico clients.

+ 4+ years of experience in process improvement initiatives.

+ 3+ years of experience using SharePoint for documentation and cross-training purposes.

+ Proven ability to collaborate with product teams to enhance client processes.

+ Strong understanding of complex processes including debit card projects and balancing mechanisms.

Salary Range

$96,200.00 - $164,900.00

_These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey, New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ._
