What does a successful Credit Risk Implementation Advisor do?

Credit Risk Implementation Advisors ensure Fiserv delivers on commitments to financial institution partners and enhance client satisfaction by collaborating across the organization. They are key in guiding clients through the implementation process, enabling superior services that improve consumer experiences, enhance client efficiency, and modernize engagement workflows.

What you will do:

+ Lead and execute implementation functions, including gathering requirements, system configuration support, planning, and client support for Fiserv’s Credit Risk Products.

+ Provide consultation, configuration, and training support as a subject matter expert on credit risk solutions.

+ Assume ownership of all aspects of the implementation project, managing expectations, ensuring task completion, and closing implementation work.

+ Partner with Fiserv fulfillment teams to document timelines, gather and document requirements, and complete deliverables.

+ Manage expectations, provide clear and concise project status documentation, and develop a formal communication plan customized to each client’s implementation needs.

+ Coordinate communication between internal Fiserv teams and external client teams.

+ Proactively manage implementations, identifying risks before they become critical blockers.

+ Develop a strong understanding of internal Fiserv processes impacting delivery.

What you will need to have:

+ 4+ years of experience in business analysis, business systems analysis, or product strategy.

+ Experience with software implementation; knowledge of SDLC and working with development teams.

+ Demonstrated history of direct client engagement while delivering technology/software solutions.

+ Bachelor's degree in business, operations, technology, or a related field, or equivalent military experience.

+ Presenting and leading stakeholders and clients through complex topics; requirements gathering, discovery sessions, training.

What would be great to have:

+ 2+ years of experience in the Financial Services Industry.

+ Experience with credit risk management solutions (e.g., Experian PowerCurve, FICO – ACS, TRIAD, or Strategy Director).

+ Working knowledge of IT program and project management functions.
