We seek a Product Manager passionate about creating engaging digital and partner experiences. You will contribute to product strategy, manage relationships, and prioritize key initiatives. Your focus will be on developing features and digital experiences for Card-member and Commerce Benefits, solving customer problems, and contributing to the product vision.
Job Summary:
As a Senior Product Associate in the Benefits team, you will drive continuous product innovation and delivery, enabling customers to easily discover and utilize benefits, enhancing their relationship with Chase.
Job Responsibilities:
+ Gather and refine requirements in Jira, aligning with customer and business stakeholder priorities
+ Collaborate with Scrum teams to create requirements, prioritize the backlog, and ensure features meet acceptance criteria for production readiness
+ Operate in an Agile environment to develop phased delivery and go-to-market plans with partners
+ Lead work streams with cross-functional partners (strategy, product, design, technology, finance, controls, ops, marketing) to prioritize delivery and innovation roadmaps
+ Maintain deep knowledge of user experience insights and journeys, using analysis to anticipate trends and refine the backlog
+ Manage stakeholder expectations through strong communication and effective partnerships
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
+ 3+ years of product management experience
+ Proficiency in Agile product development techniques and practices, including Jira and Confluence
+ Strong ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, technology, data, and design stakeholders
+ Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment while taking individual responsibility
