Job Summary:

As a Commercial Equipment Finance Credit Coordinator within Equipment Finance Operations, you will be a key player in providing top-notch customer service to our clients. You will partner with stakeholders and work closely with sales, clients, legal, risk, and operations teams. Your main responsibility is to coordinate tasks necessary to close and fund loans and leases for Commercial, Corporate Investment, and Private Bank clients. We value your ability to provide quality customer service and diligence in closing Commercial loans.

Job Responsibilities:

+ Coordinate tasks necessary to close and fund loans and leases.

+ Partner with sales, clients, legal, risk, and operations teams.

+ Provide quality customer service to Commercial, Corporate Investment, and Private Bank clients.

+ Ensure diligence in closing Commercial loans.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

+ Undergraduate degree; Minimum of 5 years banking experience or equivalent.

+ Experience in Commercial lending transactions & loan documentation.

+ Experienced in handling client issues and problem resolution in a high volume, fast-paced environment.

+ Strong influencing and communication skills; able to build strong partnerships with various teams.

+ Flexible and able to thrive in a continuous change and agile business environment.

+ Accountable individual who champions the customer experience for internal and external clients.

+ Self-motivated and able to learn new principles and operate independently.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

+ Equipment Finance documentation or transaction management.

+ Knowledge of appropriate due diligence for loan & lease documentation and perfection of collateral.

+ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
