Position Overview We are hiring a licensed Branch 3 Termite Inspector for the Solano County area. This position is ideal for experienced inspectors who want a high volume of quality leads, full administrative and repair support, and clear pathways for career advancement. Key Responsibilities * Conduct thorough termite and wood-destroying organism (WDO) inspections in accordance with California regulations * Generate clear, accurate reports for real estate transactions and homeowners * Communicate findings professionally with clients, agents, and internal teams * Collaborate with in-house repair teams for seamless project handoffs * Maintain a professional appearance and represent Goodlife Inspections with integrity Requirements * Active Branch 3 Field Representative license (Required) * 2+ years of termite inspection experience * Professional communication and customer service skills * Knowledge of structural pest control regulations and standards * Valid CA driver’s license and a clean driving record * Reliable, self-motivated, and organized   At Goodlife Inspections, we invest in our team with the tools, support, and opportunities needed to succeed.
