    We are Lucasfilm Games, the team that collaborates with best-in-class partners across the galaxy to create award-winning games such as _Star Wars Jedi: Survivor_ , _Star Wars Outlaws_ , _Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic_ , and many others. We offer an exciting opportunity for a strategic, passionate Marketing Manager who lives and breathes games to join our collaborative team.

     

    Reporting to the Director of Marketing and working closely with cross-functional internal teams and external licensees, the Marketing Manager will lead go-to-market strategies and campaign execution across a portfolio of Lucasfilm Games titles. This role is pivotal in shaping core product positioning and driving brand visibility, engagement, franchise growth, and commercial success.

    This is a Full-Time role

    In this role, you will:

    + Lead go-to-market strategy, campaign execution, and live ops in partnership with licensees across a portfolio of Lucasfilm Games titles.

    + Collaborate cross-functionally (Product Development, Franchise, Legal, PR, etc.) to align efforts across the product lifecycle and ensure cohesive marketing execution.

    + Serve as internal brand champion and strategic communicator—building support for plans, presenting to senior leadership, and partnering with regional teams to activate global strategies locally.

    + Drive innovation, apply industry best practices, and help deliver marketing campaigns that increase brand reach, deepen engagement, and deliver measurable business impact.

    + Manage reviews and approvals to ensure timely, high-quality, on-brand execution aligned with key stakeholders

    + Develop marketing pitch decks, internal plans, executive updates, and post-mortems that clearly communicate goals, strategies, and outcomes.

    + Analyze campaign performance and market insights to optimize strategies, shape player personas, and inform positioning, creative development, and audience targeting.

    Ideal candidates will have:

    + 4+ years of experience in marketing, including at least 2 years in gaming, entertainment, or interactive media.

    + Proven expertise in brand management, product marketing, or campaign leadership with a strong passion for games and the industry.

    + Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and present to senior leadership.

    + Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills, with experience collaborating across internal teams and external partners.

    + Highly organized project manager, capable of handling multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    + Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to translate insights into actionable strategies.

    + Strong awareness of console, PC, and mobile gaming trends, with a keen interest in evolving player behavior and industry innovation.

    + Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; familiarity with Jira, Keynote, PowerPoint, and consumer insights tools is a plus.

    The hiring range for this position in San Francisco, CA is $113,400 to $152,000 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
