We’re seeking a strategic, results-oriented Customer Marketing Senior Manager to shape the customer journey and drive growth across our Buying Group and Independent Retail channels. This role is critical in creating and executing insight-led, performance-driven marketing programs that support our House of Brands and accelerate conversion across both .com and in-store environments.
As the strategic bridge between our brands, retail partners, and internal sales teams, you will lead fully integrated campaigns—from digital activations to on-the-ground events—anchored in measurable business outcomes. Success in this role requires not only exceptional execution but also a demonstrated ability to deliver ROI, foster cross-functional alignment, and scale best practices across the organization.

How You'll Create Possibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Journey & Conversion Strategy
+ Develop and execute integrated marketing plans that drive traffic, engagement, and conversion throughout the full path-to-purchase—across both digital and physical retail channels.
+ Leverage customer insights, behavioral data, and industry trends to continuously optimize marketing effectiveness.
Program Leadership & ROI Accountability
+ Own key performance indicators and ROI metrics; establish clear goals, measure impact, and adapt strategies in collaboration with sales, finance, and analytics teams.
+ Translate business objectives into actionable marketing strategies that deliver measurable outcomes.
Retailer & Brand Collaboration
+ Serve as the primary marketing lead for Buying Group and Independent Retail partners, leading co-branded campaigns, shopper marketing programs, and retail activations aligned with brand and sales goals.
+ Champion strategic alignment between internal stakeholders and external partners.
Customer Engagement & Event Management
+ Lead planning and execution of customer-facing events such as tradeshows, product launches, and account planning sessions, ensuring brand-forward experiences that drive business value.
Insight-Led Marketing Activation
+ Use customer data, market intelligence, and retail trends to craft highly targeted and relevant campaigns.
+ Present quarterly performance recaps and identify strategic growth opportunities for each customer segment.
Budget & Investment Management
+ Manage direct marketing and co-op budgets with a focus on efficiency, impact, and strategic alignment.
+ Ensure transparency, accuracy, and accountability in all spend decisions.
Channel Enablement & Content Development
+ Build and deploy turnkey activation toolkits for trade programs, promotions, product launches, and influencer marketing.
+ Elevate the digital footprint of independent retailers through custom content, local value messaging, and tools that inspire shopping local.
Cross-Functional Influence & Strategy Translation
+ Act as the conduit between external retail partners and internal teams (e.g., sales, product, training, and brand).
+ Translate customer feedback and market dynamics into actionable go-to-market recommendations that enhance brand and commercial performance.

What You'll Bring to Our Team
Requirements:
+ Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
+ 7+ years of experience in marketing, customer development, or sales—preferably within CPG, appliances, or retail/manufacturer environments.
+ Demonstrated success in managing retail marketing programs with measurable business outcomes.
+ Deep understanding of digital marketing, merchandising, and point-of-sale strategies.
+ Excellent stakeholder management and project leadership skills.
+ Strong analytical mindset with comfort in data interpretation, reporting, and financial modeling.
+ Willingness to travel up to 35% for customer meetings, industry events, and strategic planning sessions.
