    Dockside is the heart of The Coeur d'Alene Resort serving up brunch, comfort food, and crowd-pleasers all day long in a fast-moving, upbeat kitchen. We're looking for a dependable Prep Cook who likes working behind the scenes to keep the kitchen running strong.

    Job Basics:

    + Location: Coeur d'Alene, Idaho

    + Schedule: Full-time; open availability including weekends and holidays

    + Physical Requirements: Able to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and move quickly in a hot, high-volume environment

    In This Role, You Will:

    + Prep ingredients: chop, portion, label, and stock

    + Assist with basic cooking tasks like sauces, soups, and baking

    + Keep your prep area clean, organized, and ready for service

    + Support the line during service as needed

    + Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

    What We're Looking For:

    + Some kitchen or prep experience is helpful, but we'll train the right person

    + Reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn

    + Solid knife skills or willingness to develop them

    + A calm, focused team player who can stay steady in a busy kitchen
