Position Overview:
We are seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to fill various back-of-house positions, including but not limited to line cooks, prep cooks, dishwashers, and kitchen assistants. In these roles, you will work closely with our talented chefs to create unforgettable culinary experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Prepare and cook food according to our high standards and recipes.
+ Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
+ Assist with inventory management and food storage.
+ Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
+ Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
Qualifications:
+ Previous kitchen experience preferred but not required; we are willing to train passionate individuals.
+ Strong work ethic and a team-oriented attitude.
+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
+ Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
+ Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices is a plus.
