What You Will Do:
As Head of the Men's Premium Pillar, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of Ralph Lauren Fragrances. You will lead product innovation and campaign development for the new Ralph's Club and the new exclusive collection. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive both business expansion and brand elevation by forging strong synergies with the fashion.
Job Duties and Accountabilities
+ Lead the strategic vision and innovation roadmap for Men's Premium brands.
+ Oversee product development from concept to launch, collaborating with development teams, perfumers, and labs to define product mixes, including concept, bottle design, fragrance, naming, assortment, and pricing.
+ Brief and coordinate cross-functional teams and external agencies on 360° campaign development.
+ Manage agency relationships and oversee campaign production through post-production, ensuring timely delivery of assets to markets.
+ Monitor consumer and market trends, including those outside the beauty industry, to inform project relevance and identify emerging opportunities.
+ Prepare strategic meetings involving L'Oréal top management and Fashion license partners.
+ Manage and mentor a consultant, fostering their professional development and maximizing their contribution to the team.

While Ralph Lauren Fragrances has resonated with a traditional consumer base, future growth hinges on engaging the next generation of fragrance consumers: a younger, more diverse, and sophisticated audience. This requires a strategic brand evolution to enhance relevance and appeal to this key demographic through innovative products and targeted communication strategies.
Elevate Ralph Lauren Fragrances to a leading position within the high-end fragrances cluster, mirroring the brand's prestige in the fashion world. This requires developing a compelling brand vision and creating high-quality, innovative products that resonate with discerning consumers, establishing the brand as a true competitor to premium couture fragrance brands.
Foster a strong partnership with the Ralph Lauren Advertising Agency, guiding them in the nuances of fragrance marketing to ensure successful product launches. This requires effectively communicating industry best practices and key purchase drivers while inspiring them to integrate these elements creatively within the Ralph Lauren brand DNA. Their understanding of the fragrance landscape is crucial for creating resonant campaigns that drive consumer engagement and ultimately, contribute to successful launches.
Successfully navigate the complexities of the licensed brand environment, which involves numerous stakeholders and approval processes. This requires adeptly balancing stakeholder requests with project timelines and budget constraints, while fostering strong relationships and ensuring effective communication throughout the development process.
What We Are Looking For:
Required Qualifications:
+ 4+ years of related business experience.
+ 2+ years prior experience in Global Marketing and/or Product Development in consumer-packaged goods or beauty.
+ Fragrance experience is preferred.
+ Strong concept development skills: ability to develop incremental, brand-relevant concepts that are new, better, and different
+ Experience successfully launching and managing a new product through its entire life cycle.
+ Experience briefing and managing external creative agencies to bring creative concepts to life.
+ Proactive, ability to self-manage projects, ability to overcome obstacles independently.
+ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially PowerPoint.
+ Presentation skills: ability to influence internal and external stakeholders through persuasive presentations.
+ Leadership skills: ability to demonstrate leadership and foster cooperation within brand team and cross-functional partners.
+ Excellent interpersonal skills (written and oral).
+ Demonstrates L’Oréal competencies: Leadership, Entrepreneurship, Achiever, and Innovator.
+ A knowledge of AI platforms is a plus
