    Are you a skilled TIG welder with a passion for precision and aerospace-quality craftsmanship? We're looking for a TIG Welder with at least 5 years of experience-ideally in aerospace welding-to join our team.

    What You'll Do:

    + Perform TIG welding on small to medium-sized aerospace components (typically under 20 lbs)

    + Weld aerospace alloys and pass industry-required certification tests

    + Operate equipment including:

    + Manual & automatic TIG welders

    + Helium leak detectors

    + Weld fixturing tools

    + Read and interpret blueprints accurately

    + Collaborate with engineering to develop and improve weld schedules

    + Work independently in a clean, climate-controlled facility with your own dedicated workspace

    What We're Looking For:

    + 5+ years of hands-on TIG welding experience (aerospace preferred)

    + Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills

    + High level of manual dexterity and attention to detail

    + Ability to stay focused, self-directed, and dependable

    + Must pass welding certifications required in the aerospace industry
