The Ideal Candidate:

+ Will have the correct balance of intellectually curiosity and be enthusiastic about exploring the unknown

+ Will have a desire to advance in the business, this may be into lateral roles to gain a broad business perspective

Key Accountabilities:

+ Responsible for all production and repair activities in support of assigned product lines.

+ Initiates and drives to completion productivity projects across all of operations.

+ Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time

+ Subject matter expert on CI and electro/mechanical production processes.

+ Authors or edits procedures through the change management process.

+ Designs, develops, and implements cost-effective methods of producing and repairing products for all phases of manufacturing.

+ Designs and validates production processes and fixtures in accordance with product and customer specifications.

+ Transitions production solutions between factories during product acquisitions. Up to 10% travel may be required for both domestic and international product acquisition/training.

+ Interfaces with management to present program status, capital requests, or productivity initiatives.

Minimum Education/Experience:

+ Bachelor's Degree, prefer Industrial/Mechanical Engineering plus a minimum of one-year direct industry experience or an equivalent combination of education and industry experience.

+ Strong analytical skills required e.g., demonstrated ability to take data from varying sources, analyse, interpret, and use to make business decisions

+ Strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate and build a consensus in a high-pressure environment

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
