Description

JOb Functions:

+ Perform data entry for First Articles into a variety of software programs

+ Use quality-related software and ERP to appropriately record assigned job results based on completed processes

+ Scan and file records for the inspection department

+ Meet deadline of assigned jobs while maintaining the integrity of the position.

+ Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations

+ Performs other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit and Harlow Aerostructures LLC

Position Requirements

Skills Required:

+ Database and ERP/Inventory

+ First Article Inspection Software (i.e. Discuss, Net-Inspect)

+ Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Windows/Microsoft Office

+ Self-motivated and well organized

+ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

+ Ability to work and interact with departments throughout the organization

+ Must be able to pass background and drug screen

Education and Experience Required:

+ High School diploma or GED

+ 1-2 years of experience in the Aerospace Industry, preferred
