    Position Highlights:

    + Join a collaborative team of 4 physicians and 1 NP

    + Four-day work week with 36 patient contact hours

    + Light call schedule taken from home

    + Clinical scope includes care for all ages, wellness, chronic disease management, and procedures tailored to your interests

    + Supported by a financially-sound, integrated health system dedicated to innovation and physician wellness

    + Onsite PharmD, x-ray, labs, and advanced support services, including PharmD, Behavioral Health, Dietitian, Social Worker, and Orthopedics/Joint Services

    Qualifications:

    + Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine

    + Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment

    + New graduates are encouraged to apply

    Banner Health total compensation package includes:

    + Salary range: $235,000-$265,000 (dependent on experience), plus incentives

    + $100K educational loan repayment

    + Sign-on bonus/relocation assistance

    + Up to $18K resident stipend

    + Paid CME days and malpractice

    + Excellent benefit package options that provide securityfor you and your family

    + This location qualifies for federal loan forgiveness
