Join a well-supported, patient-focused team and enjoy practicing in one of Northern Colorados most sought-after areas. We have multiple openings across several practices in desirable Fort Collins, CO choose your favorite location near many great neighborhoods throughout the community.

    Position Highlights:

    + Flexible schedules available: Full-time and Part-time options

    + Outpatient-only practice, serving patients of all ages

    + Medical Assistants, RN, Front Desk, and leadership support provided to support an autonomous practice

    + Access to on-site services including lab, imaging, Behavioral Health, Dietitian, Social Worker and

    + Additional specialties depending on location

    + Financially stable and physician-led organization committed to provider well-being

    We seek candidates who:

    + Are Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine (ABMS)

    + Prefer to see all ages

    + Are patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment

    Compensation & Benefits:

    + Competitive base salary ($235K - $265K, dependent on experience)

    + Up to $100K educational loan repayment

    + Up to $100K sign-on bonus

    + Up to $18K resident stipend

    + Paid CME & malpractice coverage

    + Excellent benefits package for you and your family

    + Eligible for federal loan forgiveness
