**Banner - University Medicine Phoenix** , Department of Neurology, is actively seeking an Advance Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to be part of our highly integrated team of Headache Neurologists and providers. As a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional patient care by managing and treating various headache conditions, including migraine, facial pain, tension-type, cluster, and chronic daily headaches.

You will work in a clinic-based setting at the Banner University Medical Center in Phoenix and also provide clinical services at outpatient medical clinics located nearby. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in our residency program with 25 residents, and we value your enthusiastic commitment to teaching.

Minimum Requirements:

- Highly energized and flexible

- Strong decision-making skills and ability to function in a collaborative care model

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Current, unrestricted Arizona NP or PA license, and prescribing privileges including a DEA license for controlled substances

- Experienced and graduating Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants are welcome to apply
