+ West Valley Phoenix

+ Payson

+ Lakeside / Show Low

A description of our clinics:

+ Flexible scheduling encouraging work/life balance

+ Clinic Hours: Open 7 days a week, including holidays | 8am to 8pm

+ Shared call one shift a month

+ Medical Assistants, front office and network of specialists to support an autonomous practice

Qualifications:

+ **Minimumone year** **ofurgent care or procedures experience**

+ Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistants with active AZ license

+ DEA with prescriptive authority required

+ Must have National Certification (AANP or ANCC or NCCPA) and BLS

+ Must have **recent experience** with all ages (newborn to geriatric)

+ Proficient in urgent care procedures

+ Ability and desire to thrive in a patient-centric environment
