    Minimum Requirements:

    Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery

     

    Active AZ license or eligible to obtain

     

    DEA with prescriptive authority

     

    Experience preferred but new graduates are encouraged to apply

    Practice Details:

    Full-Time

    3 Gen/Surg practice w/dedicated MA Support

     

    Critical Access Hospital

     

    Full Spectrum General Surgery practice

    Endoscopy skillset required

    Call: 10 days/mo. required
