Practice details:

+ 4-day work week and limited practice call (phone consult only)

+ Medical Assistants, network of specialists, and on-site leadership to support an autonomous practice

+ Clinical responsibilities include wellness and chronic care disease management, as well as specialized procedures according to candidate's interest

+ Located in multi-specialty Summit View Medical Commons in west Greeley (with an incredible panoramic view of the Rockies!).Behavioral Health, Diabetes Education, X-Ray, Lab, Pharmacy, Mammogram, PET, and more on-site

Requirements include:

+ Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine

+ Must be comfortable supervising APP staff

+ Patient-focused, friendly and willing to collaborate in a team environment

Banner Healths total compensation package includes:

+ **Salary Range: $240,000 - $260,000 (commensurate with experience), plus $10,000 Value Pay Bonus and productivity incentives**

+ **$100K sign-on bonus/relocation assistance**

+ **$100K loan repayment + PSLF**

+ **Up to $18,000 resident stipend**

+ Paid CME days and malpractice insurance
