The Mobility, Surveillance & Bombers (MS&B) division of Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) is looking for a **Senior Manager, Financial Analysis - Business Unit Integrator** out of **Oklahoma City, OK** and **_offers relocation_** !

As the **Senior Manager, Financial Analysis - Business Unit Integrator** you will be responsible for:

+ Managing employees

Position Responsibilities:

+ Develops and executes integrated organizational plans, policies and procedures and guides the development of business and technical strategies, goals, objectives

+ Acquires resources for organizational activities and lead process improvements

+ Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes

+ Develops and sustains relationships and partnerships with key customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports (including managing, developing and motivating employees)

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

+ Bachelor’s Degree or higher

+ 3+ years of experience in a Finance, Accounting, Business or related role

+ 3+ years of experience developing and analyzing Financial Forecasts

+ 3+ year of experience performing in a leadership role

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

+ 3+ years performing Estimate at Completion (EAC)

+ 3+ years of experience in Earned Value Management

+ Experience with team building, developing and motivating employees

+ Experience developing positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

+ Strong presentation skills and the ability to effectively communicate data in Senior Leadership briefings

+ Experience applying Department of Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) requirements

Pay and Benefits:

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $146,200 - $197,800
