The Boeing Company** is seeking dynamic individuals to join the **Boeing Global Services (BGS) team** as an **Experienced (Level 3)** or **Senior (Level 4) Financial Business Unit Integrator (BUI)** located in **Berkeley, Missouri (Saint Louis region** ) to support our T-7A business. This program is unique and will require an experienced Finance professional to lead and manage the programmatic cost for the Ground Based Training Systems (GBTS) and Sustainment Support Integrated Product Teams (IPTs). This role is a great opportunity to work with a wide variety of functional teams (i.e. supply chain, engineering, program management, etc.) to help bring value-added analysis to program financials. Opportunities for professional and leadership development on this high visibility program. The ideal candidate is a continuous learner, critical thinker, and enjoys working in a dynamic business environment.
Key responsibilities will include being a lead on completing quarterly Estimates at Completion (EAC), baselining new sustaining and training scope, and reviewing Earned Value Management (EVM) performance, including risk, issue & opportunity (RIO) and variance analysis.

Position Responsibilities:
+ Leads the integration and analysis of Estimates at Completion (EACs) for all EMD and Production control accounts (functions or pools) within the GBTS and Sustainment Support IPTs.
+ Leads the integration and analysis of weekly Earned Value Management (EVM) performance and effectively communicates trend and variance analysis
+ Develops, reviews, analyzes, and maintains cost and/or schedule performance measurement baselines, including EVM, RIO, and variance analyses, and communicates trends in cost and/or schedule performance
+ Collaborates and build strong relationships with Program Managers, Program BUIs, Labor and Supply Chain Finance - Centers of Excellence (COEs) and Cost Account Managers (CAMs).
+ Demonstrates skills in developing an EAC position based on historical performance, CAM and COE analysis, and comprehensive program knowledge
+ Provides recommendations to senior management on financial performance projections, leveraging financial and business expertise
+ Prepares presentation materials and effectively conveying key messages to program management and senior leadership
+ Supports the development of business cases by utilizing appropriate indices and providing accurate data analysis
+ Ensures compliance with applicable Boeing and Governmental regulations concerning financial policies, procedures, processes, systems and tools
+ Trains, mentors, and reviews junior analysts work via peer reviews
+ Leads and supports new processes and integration projects within team, function, and program

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
+ Bachelor’s Degree or higher
+ 1+ years of experience in a Finance, Accounting, Business or related role
+ 1+ years of experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
+ 1+ years of experience performing Estimates at Completion (EAC)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
+ 3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
+ Experience working with financial tools such as Cost, Schedule, Planning, and Reporting (CSPR), Interactive Reporting Environment (IRE), Financial Project Cost Report (FPCR), Enterprise Accounting System (EAS), and Boeing Opportunity Risk and Issue System (BORIS)
+ Experience performing financial analysis, controls, and operations work scope
+ Experience using strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range for Experienced (Level 3): $79,050 - $106,950
Summary pay range for Senior (Level 4): $99,450 - $134,550
