**Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS)** has an exciting opportunity for a **Lead or Senior Supplier Program Management Specialist** to support the **Air Dominance Proprietary 1 Supply Chain** team in Berkeley, MO! The successful candidate will be part of a high-performing, cross-functional team focused on building next generation, state-of-the-art capability while also working to integrate program, customer and product, strategies into the procurement process, in an effort to drive successful execution of the Program.
The individual will support supply chain strategy development while working to understand the inter-relationships between subcomponents of systems and plans as well as their overall impact on the Supply Chain and Program. Collaboration with Engineering, Finance, and other Program personnel will be required to support strategic initiatives, mitigate risk, identify process improvements, and engage in many other innovative activities in support of the Program.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Position Responsibilities (Level 4):
+ Leads technical and business guidance to integrate strategic supply chain activities
+ Leads stakeholder relationships and performance throughout all contract phases
+ Conducts and guides supplier assessments
+ Develops current and projected work statement
+ Leads and establishes the basis for recovery, corrective and preventative action plans
+ Communicates supplier and organization performance plans risks, issues and opportunities to stakeholders
+ Develops and executes work movement plans
Position Responsibilities (Level 5):
+ Oversees technical and business guidance to critical suppliers and programs
+ Leads strategic supply chain activities to manage work with suppliers and programs
+ Manages all aspects of supplier and stakeholder relationships and performance throughout all contract phases
+ Leads supplier assessments and the development of recovery plans, corrective and preventative actions
+ Leads the development of company or business unit procurement strategies
+ Provides oversight, guidance and verification of work movement projects
+ Communicates supplier and organization performance plans risks, issues and opportunities to stakeholders
+ Manages work movement plans
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
+ Technical Bachelor's, Master's or a PhD degree. (A technical degree is defined as any four year degree, or greater, in a mathematic, scientific or information technology field of study)
+ 5+ years of experience managing suppliers/vendors to deliver products and services
+ 5+ years of experience working with Supplier Management, Supply Chain, and/or Procurement practices and processes
+ 5+ years of experience creating, interpreting and/or enforcing technical requirements
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
+ 5+ years of experience working with suppliers in a technical capacity
+ 10+ years of experience in supplier management or supply chain management

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Summary pay range:
Senior (4) $110,500 – $136,500
Lead (5) $128,350 – $158,550
