Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA)** is seeking a **First-Line** **Manufacturing Manager (Level K)** to join the **Fuselage Assembly Center,** based out of **Everett, WA.** This position is available for **1st, 2nd or 3rd shift.

Position Responsibilities:

+ Manages employees and first-level managers performing activities within multiple manufacturing disciplines

+ Must be capable of executing recovery plans in a complex production system

+ Develops and executes integrated departmental plans, policies and procedures and provides input on departmental business and technical strategies, goals and objectives

+ Acquires resources for department activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements

+ Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports

+ Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes

+ Manages, develops and motivates employees and first-level managers

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Everett, WA.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

+ 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment

+ 1+ years of experience leading or managing others

+ Ability to work variable shifts, including weekends and overtime

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

+ 5+ years of experience in a Manufacturing environment

+ 1+ years of experience with Quality Management Systems and/or One Boeing Production System (One BPS)

+ 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

+ Knowledge of tooling operation or fabrication processes

+ Project Management Experience

Shift:

Candidate may be selected for 1st 2nd or 3rd shift. Shift will be determined at the time of offer.

**Summary Pay Range:** $116,000 - $134,000
