The Senior Manager of Inside Sales is a key leadership role within our organization, responsible for leading and managing our inside sales team to drive revenue growth. This position plays a critical role in achieving our sales objectives and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities
+ Lead and manage the inside sales team, setting sales goals and targets.
+ Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth.
+ Oversee the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
+ Mentor, coach, and train inside sales representatives to optimize their performance.
+ Monitor and analyze sales data and KPIs to make informed decisions and improvements.
+ Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to align efforts and meet customer needs.
+ Participate in customer meetings and negotiations to secure key accounts.
+ Stay current with industry trends and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats.
Critical Skills & Experience Requirements
+ 3+ years people leadership experience (required)
+ 4+ years of selling experience (required)
+ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
+ Proven experience in inside sales leadership roles, preferably in a similar industry.
+ Strong leadership and team management abilities.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
+ Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions.
+ Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
