    What you’ll do as a Field Engineer Supervisor

     

    + Provide on the job training for employees working under your direction on construction practices and methods to ensure a safe and productive work environment.

    + Assign daily tasks to in-house field engineers.

    + Perform audits of submittals from field engineers to ensure work is being completed in compliance with project specifications and monitor safe work practices.

    + Review daily production reports, keep track of work hours, complete and maintain accurate for areas walked out.

    + Verify submitted Daily Production Reports for accuracy and approve recorded production for billing purposes.

    + Willingness to work shifts as assigned.

    + Other duties as assigned.

     

    What you’ll need

     

    + To be 18 years of age or older.

    + Authorization to work in the United States for this company.

    + Possess a valid driver's license (class \"C\" minimum) or be eligible and willing to obtain the required license for the position (possibly class \"B\" - light commercial).

    + Provide verifiable evidence of experience in CATV construction field and prior supervisory experience in construction or related field.

     

    Physical abilities & exposures

     

    + Routinely: capable of working in all temperatures, climates, and weather conditions, a ble to perform the physical tasks required in this position for the entire assigned shift, standing and walking 4-8 hours daily.

    + Occasionally: lift and carry 50- 60 lbs, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling and repetitve motion (grasping and manipulation).

     

    Salary Range $78,000 - $83,000 per year
