    Job Title: Yard Worker

    Job Description

    The yard team member is responsible for the final movement of all precast concrete pieces at the plant. They use industrial-sized equipment to load, offload, and transfer all precast pieces. The role involves working with concrete, bending, cutting, and tying rebar into the concrete forms.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate industrial-sized equipment to manage precast concrete pieces.

    + Load, offload, and transfer precast concrete pieces.

    + Work with concrete, bending, cutting, and tying rebar into concrete forms.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in construction and general production.

    + Proficiency with hand tools and concrete construction.

    + Ability to read tape measures and blueprints.

    + Physical capability to lift 50-75lbs regularly.

    + Comfortable working in all types of weather conditions.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Familiarity with rebar and concrete forms.

    Work Environment

     

    The role involves working both indoors and outdoors throughout the day in all types of weather conditions. The culture is a production-type environment, and team members should dress for the weather. Personal protective equipment is required.

    The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $41600.00/yr.
