We’re looking for a Facility Solutions Manager (FSM) to join our team in San Jose, Santa Clara, and the South Bay Area. You’ll manage commercial cleaning accounts, support contractors, and be the driving force behind client satisfaction and service excellence.

You're not just overseeing cleaning — you’re managing a portfolio of client relationships and independent contractors. This is a dynamic, client-facing role where you lead with service, solve problems, and help our partners shine.
What You’ll Do
+ Manage and Grow Accounts: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, making sure we exceed expectations while identifying opportunities to expand services.
+ Support Contractors: Hire, onboard, and coach cleaning crews to ensure each job is done right.
+ Drive Client Satisfaction: Conduct site inspections, troubleshoot concerns, and quickly resolve issues to keep clients happy.
+ Sell Value: Present additional services and negotiate agreements based on client needs.
+ Stay Organized: Use our CRM system to track inspections, client notes, and service updates.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
+ Experience in janitorial, building maintenance, facility management, or construction management
+ Sales and account management experience, ideally with a focus on client retention
+ A track record of success managing service accounts and hitting performance goals
+ Strong attention to detail and reliable follow-through on tasks and commitments
+ Positive, relationship-building personality
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Fluent in Spanish highly preferred
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
+ Reliable vehicle and willingness to travel locally to client sites daily
+ Estimating and construction management experience is a big plus
+ High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree is highly desirable
