Salary: $640 / Week

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is partnered with a respected facility in Western MA that is currently seeking Direct Care Personnel to assist on a full-time basis.

Position Details:

+ Location: Openings in Williamstown, Adams and North Adams

+ Duration: 13 weeks to start, with the likelihood of extension

+ Facility Type: Group Home

+ Schedule: All shifts available for full time and part time

Position Description:

Join a premier human service organization and help change the lives of individuals served. Support individuals with developmental disabilities in a group home setting, assisting with personal care, activities of daily living, and helping them live their best life.

Duties Include:

+ Developing rapport with individuals supported and fostering their personal growth to achieve their goals

+ Providing and maintaining a safe home environment

+ Planning, implementing, and documenting teaching plans/strategies

Qualifications:

+ 18 years of age or older

+ Reliable transportation

+ HS Diploma/GED or one year of experience in the field
