    **Schedule:** Full Time, Three (3) 12-hour shifts

    **Shift** : Day 7am-7pm (with rotating weekends and holidays)

    **The community you’ll be caring for:** Med Surg Women’s Care

    **The role you’ll contribute:** The ANM is a registered professional nurse who supports the Nurse Manager in overall operations of their assigned unit.

    • Performance Improvement - Demonstrates familiarity with the performance improvement model of the organization.

    • Critical Thinking - Utilizes critical thinking skills in the performance of their duties as an ANM

    • Business of Healthcare Delivery - Utilizes a working knowledge of health care economics as it applies to the delivery of patient care

    • Critical Thinking - Utilizes critical thinking skills in the performance of their duties as an ANM

    The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed** **:

    **Minimum qualifications** :

    • Graduate of school of nursing with a minimum of an Associate of Science degree or diploma.

    • Active Florida RN license required or active multi-state RN license

    Preferred qualifications:

    • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
