Pay based on experience * Continuous, paid training to enhance your skill set * Progressive hourly Bonus Program * Aggressive Yearly Bonus Program * Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance * 401(k) Match retirement plan * Paid Vacation  * Opportunity for advancement Responsibilities - Service Technician: * Inspect vehicle and diagnose problem(s) * Perform quality repair/maintenance work that meets dealership and manufacturer standards including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, air conditioning, etc. * Provide estimate of time and parts needed for repair/maintenance * Learn new technical information and techniques in training sessions to stay current with rapidly changing technology. * Keep shop neat and accountable for dealership owned tools * Other duties may be assigned according to skill level and certification Qualifications - Service Technician: * Automotive Repair: 2 years (Preferred) * Dealership service department experience is preferred * Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record * Flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service * Dealership/ Aftermarket service department experience is preferred Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Flexible and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service Good work ethic and problem-solving skills A positive attitude and works well as part of a team Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship and be a current resident.
