    Description

    **Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring skilled **Journeyman Electricians** for projects located in and around **Castleton, IN.** This is a first shift opportunity with a pay rate of **$24-30/hour** based on experience & skill level.     Job Scope:

    + Provide service & customer support during field visits & dispatches by studying system requirements

    + Investigate complaints

    + Diagnose errors or technical problems

    + Determine proper solutions

    + Conduct tests & resolve problem

    + Respond to customer tech service telephone calls & emails in a timely fashion installation of new equipment and startup on-site

    + Maintain customer confidence by keeping service information confidential

    + Set daily work schedules

    + Schedule travel arrangements

    + Maintain rapport with customers by examining complaints, identifying solutions, suggesting improved methods and techniques, recommending system improvements, etc.

    + Document service & installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, & records

    + Assemble new machinery as needed

    + Build positive relationships with customers

    + Other tasks as assigned

    Requirements:

    + 2+ Years of Experience

    + Experience with Machinery Mechanics and Electronics

    + Ability to work flexible shifts
