Description

**Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring skilled **Journeyman Millwrights** for projects located in the **Akron, NY area** . This is a second shift opportunity, and the pay rate is **$32-35/hour** based on experience and skill level.If you are a Millwright eager to master your skills alongside other accomplished Craft Professionals, this is your chance to advance your career!

Job Scope:

+ Repair, install & maintain electrical systems and equipment (motors, starters, VFDs, transformers, wiring, switches, alarm systems)

+ Adhere to the National Electrical Code and local codes

+ Conduct preventive maintenance (replacing wires/connections, welding, soldering, lubricating parts, cleaning filters, recalibrating controls, changing gaskets, adjusting components, deep cleaning)

+ Troubleshoot malfunctions using diagnostic tools

+ Maintain accurate records

+ Maintain/repair refrigeration systems (working with refrigerants, pipe fitting, using gauges and vacuum pumps)

Requirements

+ Experience using digital voltmeters, multi-meters, refrigeration gauges, vacuum pumps, welding, and soldering tools
