Experienced Set-up CNC Machinists

We are seeking 2-3 experienced Set-up CNC Machinists with expertise in Lathe and Mill operations to work for a company in Dubuque, IA.

Shift Details:

+ 1st Shift and 2nd Shift

Key Responsibilities:

+ Set up and operate CNC machines, including Mills, Lathes, or Swiss machines.

+ Ensure precision and quality in machining processes.

+ Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC equipment.

+ Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

+ Collaborate with team members to optimize production efficiency.

Requirements:

+ Proven experience with CNC Mills, Lathes, or Swiss machines.

+ Strong understanding of CNC machining processes and techniques.

+ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

+ Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

+ Good communication and teamwork skills.
