Overview
Kimley-Horn's Nashville, Tennessee (TN) office is seeking a Civil Engineer-in-Training (EIT) with 2+ years of experience to join our Natural Gas team.
Responsibilities
As a critical member of the team, you will perform a variety of civil engineering tasks and will receive both on-the-job and formal training as well as mentorship, camaraderie, and exposure to plan production, project financials, and client interactions.
Our Renewable Energy team works on projects including:
+ Pipeline Design
+ Natural Gas Metering and Regulation Stations
+ Pipeline Integrity Management
+ Natural Gas Compressor Stations
+ Control Design and Integration
+ Client Management
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
+ Valid drivers license required
+ 1+ years of applicable work experience strongly preferred
+ EIT Certification
+ Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
+ Strong sense of urgency and self-initiative to meet client deadlines
+ Detail-oriented team player with an ability to contribute to a positive work environment
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
+ Highly proficient in AutoCAD, Excel, and/or GIS
+ Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
+ Valid drivers license required
