Your role and responsibilities
The Enterprise Architect designs and implements complex, multi-cloud architectures aligned with client business goals. Key responsibilities include translating technical, business, and FedRAMP-moderate security requirements into practical designs, thorough documentation, and technical leadership. Strong communication, client engagement, and problem-solving skills are vital.
With over 10 years of experience, this professional excels in designing and implementing systems across SaaS, IaaS, and IPaaS models, achieving ATO/FedRAMP and NIST 800-53 moderate controls. They are skilled in enterprise integrations, capacity planning, performance optimization, and demonstrating exceptional client-facing abilities.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.
Hybrid work arrangement four days a week (Monday-Thursday) in Reston office, one day work from home.
Required technical and professional expertise
* Experience implementing SAP systems (preferably SAP Concur) and designing architectures that can operate in a federal environment.
* At least 15 years experience in designing complex cloud platforms, including DevSecOps and cloud migration.
* Proven track record as a Technical Architect with FedRAMP experience and Federal IT requirement knowledge (FISMA, NIST).
* Broad architecture design knowledge and solution capability analysis.
* Extensive capacity planning, scalability, and performance optimization experience.
* Deep understanding of data handling protocols and industry standards. Strong grasp of Enterprise Cybersecurity.
* Experience integrating SaaS solutions with multiple ERP systems (preferably SAP), custom apps, and mobile apps.
* Proven ability to evaluate solution alternatives based on architectural design principles.
Preferred technical and professional experience
* Previous experience in implementing 'System of Systems' that include SAP solutions such a Concur, S4/HANA, and/or BTP
