PPS Department Administrator
As a PPS Department Administrator you are responsible for providing detailed transactional and administrative support for processes like personnel records, payroll, benefits, and talent management.
Your role:
+ Ensure confidentiality of PPS mailbox and calendar information; manage weekly Leadership Team meetings including logistics and presentation materials.
+ Coordinate recurring check-ins for PPS and Centers of Expertise (COEs) and direct reports, including scheduling and technology arrangements; support administrative tasks, purchase order creation and travel management.
+ Facilitate visits to the PPS/GBS hub, managing schedules, meetings, travel, and events for PPS Leader; process expense reports for teams following policies promptly.
+ Organize PPS engagement activities and events, manage supplies, and perform daily mail-related tasks for People Services Department.
+ Conduct diverse HR administrative tasks, collaborate with other site teams and stakeholders, support Nashville office accommodation requests, and participate in team initiatives and improvement projects.
You're the right fit if:
+ You’ve acquired 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, Process Optimization, Payroll Management, Accounting, HR Technology and Digitization or equivalent.
+ You have a High School Diploma, Vocational training or equivalent.
+ You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
+ You’re an proffesional with escalation management capabilities, strong communication skills and focuse on process improvement.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This is an in-office role.

The hourly pay range for this position in Nashville, TN is $23.00 to $36.00
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
