    At our luxury property, we’re crafting more than just meals—we’re curating memorable moments. As our next** **Food & Beverage Manager** **, you’ll be at the helm of a dynamic team, helping shape our reputation as a destination for both discerning locals and global IHG travelers.

    What you'll be doing:

    + **Leading, mentoring, and inspiring a team of hospitality professionals to deliver elevated, heartfelt service across all F&B outlets**

    + **Designing and delivering unforgettable guest experiences that reflect our commitment to excellence and innovation**

    + **Upholding the highest standards in food, beverage, and service—while championing responsible and sustainable practices**

    + **Partnering with hotel leadership to meet financial targets and drive creative, guest-centered initiatives**

    + **Overseeing the full spectrum of F&B operations—including multiple restaurants, bars, in-room dining, banquet venues, and event spaces—with a strong presence at our** **pools and outdoor experiences** **, where relaxed luxury meets impeccable service**

    + **Ensuring every touchpoint reflects our brand’s luxury ethos, from morning coffee to sunset cocktails**

    What we need from you

    • Bachelor’s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in Hotel Management, culinary arts, or related field

    • 2+ years’ related experience, including management experience

    • Must speak local language

    • Must obtain certifications or permits as required by local governmental agencies.
