What You'll Be Doing

+ Safely operate a ready mix truck to deliver concrete to construction sites

+ Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs

+ Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and team members

+ Maintain accurate delivery and work records

+ Follow all safety and environmental regulations and procedures

What Are We Looking For

+ Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with clean driving record

+ Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently

+ Strong focus on safety, quality, and customer service

+ Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

+ Capable of performing physical tasks in varying weather conditions

Conditions of Employment

+ Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

+ Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

+ Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level

What We Offer

+ Probationary period $26.82 per hour up to $35.75 per hour.
