About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking an Enterprise Strategic Planning Senior Manager to lead the strategic planning team. This role will report directly to the Head of Corporate Strategic Planning and Management for Strategy, Digital & Innovation. The strategic planning team is responsible for developing and maintaining the enterprise strategic plan as well as leading key high-priority initiatives and high-impact projects, and other ad-hoc projects as needed.
In this role, you will:
+ Lead the enterprise strategic planning process including the annual refresh of the plan and the periodic strategic reviews
+ Lead key enterprise-wide strategic initiatives
+ Lead all risk and control activities related to strategic planning and strategic initiatives
+ Collaborate with line of business and functional strategy leaders to drive enterprise-wide strategic initiatives
+ Monitor economic, business, and political trends to determine potential business impact
+ Determine appropriate strategy and actions to meet high risk deliverables
+ Interpret and develop policies and procedures
+ Collaborate with and influence all levels of professionals
+ Manage and develop strategic planning team
+ Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Strategy and Planning
+ Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
Required Qualifications:
+ 6+ years of Strategy and Planning experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
+ 3+ years of management or leadership experience
Desired Qualifications:
+ Ability to effectively lead, partner with and successfully influence senior executives and other stakeholders at all levels across a matrixed organization
+ Ability to lead through ambiguity, define and deconstruct problems, connect the dots, and anticipate end-to-end project needs
+ Prior strategy development experience on identifying industry trends and global developments and how they may impact the organization
+ Demonstrable people management experience with proven ability to drive operational excellence
+ Highly organized with strong attention to detail with a high standard of quality and accuracy in deliverables
+ Outstanding problem-solving skills with the ability to present and influence data-driven decisions to executive stakeholders
+ Masters of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent degree
Job Expectations:
+ This position must be willing to work on-site out of New York City, NY or Charlotte, NC. No other locations will be considered.
Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$120,400.00 - $287,600.00
