    What You-ll Do:

    + Deliver personalized, one-on-one ABA therapy to children using evidence-based strategies.

    + Implement care plans designed by clinical experts to support skill development and independence.

    + Document progress during each session using electronic systems.

    + Build strong, supportive relationships with clients and their families.

    + Collaborate closely with caregivers and clinical teams to ensure the best possible outcomes.

    Who You Are:

    + A high school graduate (or equivalent) who loves working with children.

    + Passionate about helping others and open to learning new skills.

    + Patient, empathetic, and calm under pressure.

    + Reliable, with consistent transportation to travel to clients- homes or community-based locations.

    Additional Info:

    + Services are provided in-home or in community settings.

    + Positions begin aspart-time, with potential for growth.

    + All staff must complete a40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) course(we-ll help you get started).

    + Aminimum 6-month commitmentis required to support long-term progress for each child.
