Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk/Receptionist to join our team in Dalhart, Texas. In this role, you will manage essential accounting tasks while providing front-office support in a family-oriented environment. This position offers an opportunity to work with a close-knit team in a growing organization.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately operate truck scales and ensure all data is properly recorded and verified.

• Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks, including reconciliation and processing invoices.

• Handle billing procedures and ensure timely and accurate data entry.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel for tracking, reporting, and maintaining financial records.

• Provide reception and administrative support, including answering calls and assisting visitors.

• Prepare and maintain office documentation and records in compliance with company standards.

• Collaborate with team members to support daily office operations and uphold a positive work environment.

• Assist with maintaining accurate inventory and supply records as needed.

• Support the implementation of new office processes and workflows to improve efficiency. Requirements • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required.

• At least 1 year of experience in basic accounting or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.

• Ability to work in a collaborative, family-oriented office environment.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Oracle, or SAP is a plus.

• Experience in the agricultural industry is preferred but not mandatory.

• High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
