    JOB Details

    + **$18/Hr**

    + **M-F no weekends**

    + Assist customers via phone or email with shipment tracing, providing invoices and documents, scheduling pickups, and preparing customer reports.

    + Enter rate requests on behalf of customers

    + Assist with reception duties

    + Support Sales and Operations departments in regard to various tasks

    + Perform other work related duties as requested.

    Pay Range: - per_mile, General Benefits:

    + HS Diploma or equivalent.

    + Ability to type 50+ WPM.

    + Ability to work in a time sensitive environment.

    + Excellent organizational skills

    + Computer skills - Word, Excel, Outlook, internet use, email.

    + Excellent communication and customer service skills.

    + Communicate effectively with individuals at all levels, both internal and external.
