**Adecco** is seeking a **Project Coordinator** to join our team, focusing on a diverse portfolio of interconnection projects. This is a primarily remote role, but candidates must be local to the Akron, OH area and available for onsite work as needed. There is a possibility for this position to transition from contract to hire.
+ **Pay Rate** : $40.01 /Hr
+ **Location:** Akron, OH
+ **Shift** : Mon-Fri 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM
+ **Type:** Temp to hire
Responsibilities:
+ Coordinating and leading project meetings with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
+ Managing scope, cost, and schedule changes, ensuring thorough documentation.
+ Communicating project expectations and statuses effectively to both external customers and internal teams.
+ Coordinating the performance of agreements by all involved parties.
+ Reviewing studies, agreements, and scope changes for accuracy and completeness.
+ Maintaining accurate project status within the department's project database.
+ Making sound decisions by evaluating options and providing clear recommendations.
+ Anticipating and meeting internal and external customer needs, always with a focus on satisfaction.
+ Assisting management and coworkers by following well-defined practices and procedures.
+ Demonstrating a strong commitment to safety in all aspects of your work.
+ Conducting business-specific research, gathering data, and compiling comprehensive reports and summaries.
+ Actively seeking out learning opportunities to enhance your understanding of procedures.
+ Developing effective working relationships with colleagues across the organization.
+ Establishing a strong foundation in company policies, practices, and procedures.
**Minimum Requirements** :
+ A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline is required.
+ A minimum of 3-7 years of professional work experience is required.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Word.
+ Knowledge of basic research techniques.
+ Ability to deliver quality, accurate work within established deadlines.
+ Basic communication skills and the ability to thrive in a team environment.
+ Effective time management skills.

**Pay Details:** $40.01 per hour
