    Job Description:

    + The Clinical Dietitian will assess patients for nutritional risk working closely with the multidisciplinary team to provide nutrition services and medical nutrition therapy compatible with patient goals and objectives.

    + Plans therapeutic diets as prescribed by physicians and in accordance with regulatory agencies.

    + Participates and counsels in inpatient and outpatient settings and community health programs as well as educates staff, review and update menus and nutrition education materials, and maintain quality assurance standards.

    + The dietitian will conduct nutrition education programs to assist in the promotion of health and control of disease.

    Qualifications:

    REQUIRED

    + BA or BS in Nutrition or related field

    + Licensed Dietitian in Iowa

    PREFERRED

    + One (1) to three (3) years of related experience preferred

    + MS Office preferred
