    What Devereux Looks for in YOU:

    + **Expertise:** Conduct direct observations, consult with teachers, case managers, and other team members on effective classroom strategies.

    + **Innovation:** Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and address individual school requests across various programs and schools.

    + **Compassion:** Review students' needs for ABA treatment, provide staff training, and actively participate in Individual Education Plan (IEP) development.

    Qualifications

    Qualifications:

    + Masters degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education or related field

    + Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

    + One year experience working with IDD population.

    + Prior experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments and developing Positive Behavior Support Plans

    + Comprehensive knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis
